As part of the Hurricane Florence Recovery Program at MCAS New River, Foxhill Construction performed multiple scopes under the P378 CH-53K Maintenance Hangar and multi-level parking garage project. The team installed pre-applied blindside waterproofing membranes at elevator pits, applied dampproofing at perimeter foundations, and completed traffic coatings across the 230,000-square-foot parking structure, which provides over 600 spaces for service members and staff. Foxhill’s scope also included the installation of vertical and horizontal joint sealants, including precast control joints, fire-rated precast control joints, and concrete slab control joints, as well as expansion joints throughout the facility. On the airfield side of the package, Foxhill installed preformed pavement compression seals to restore critical pavement systems.
