The Trust Building, originally the Atlantic Trust and Banking building, was built in Wilmington in 1912. This nine-story building was the city's first skyscraper at 117 feet. The building currently houses a variety of businesses. Foxhill managed and executed a complete commercial renovation. We revitalized the building’s exterior, expertly restoring terracotta ledges, masonry, and the roofing system, as well as removing, refurbishing, and reinstalling the original historic windows. Meticulous tuckpointing and finishing work ensured a durable, visually striking result, while multi-floor to rooftop operations were executed with precision, care, and complete on-site safety. The interior upfit, consisted of overseeing drywall and framing installation, flooring systems, casework, and cabinetry to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and seamless project delivery.
