Foxhill’s scope of work included the installation of pre-applied blindside waterproofing membrane beneath elevator pits and platform foundations at the Virginia Railway Express (VRE). In addition, we installed crystalline waterproofing at the interior of the elevator pits. This job required special safety training to work on the active railway.
