Windsor Point has 181 cottages and apartments that feature a brick and stucco architecture. Built in 1995, the exterior of the building was in need of some repair work. Foxhill performed extensive restoration work on this facility, including masonry restoration, stucco restoration, sealant replacement, and coatings.
