The renovation and expansion of Holden Hall consisted of 42,000 square feet of renovation and 60,000 square feet of new construction. Foxhill performed fluid-applied air barrier and self-adhered transition membranes on exterior walls and soffits. Holden Hall had been certified LEED Gold from the U.S. Green Building Council.
